I am unable to exit my option position due to a platform issue. The position was in profit when I attempted to exit, but the order failed and was showing as “Locked”, preventing me from modifying or closing it. Due to this technical issue, the position moved into loss, causing potential financial loss. Please investigate urgently, verify the order logs/timestamps, and address the loss caused by this platform failure.

I have recently updated the app and after that I'm unable to use it anymore. Whenever I try to open any chart, it just keeps loading for a few seconds and then eventually gets closed. I tried getting help from the app but it is not allowing me to do so. The app just keeps closing. I'm really frustrated with this. This has never happened before but now I'm just not able to do anything on the app. I have cleared cache data but the problem is not resolved.

I have been using this app for a while now, with every update, it only gets worse. the UI doesn't update correctly when buying or selling stocks in intraday, the stop losses get cancelled for some reason when I place another order that is meant to cancel the stop loss only on execution, etc. Do not download if you want performance, this app is ok for mutual funds and trading stocks on delivery
