The app login is not working after I received the POS device. Their customer support is extremely poor, and there has been no assistance from their side. I have emailed them more than 10 times and called them more than 20 times, yet they have not provided any resolution. It has been more than 3 months.

Poor and bad service. I have install a sound box which disconnect of server each and every hour. Service assistance staff behaviour is also bad. No one try to solve issues.

fraud company. they ask you to swipe cards but when you swipe they hold your money and ask you various documents but after submitting your documents they find another issue. and finally they refused to release your money. Finally i am moving to consumer forum.
