Very Very Bad service, the settlement amount is put on Hold intentionally any time without prior information, I have shared the requested documents in supporting the transaction for justification but still not received settlement, I have to make urgent forward payment but because of this hold without prior information my money is stuck off, after this settlement I will throw the swiping Device in drainage and will never use it in future, Very Bad service no quick response, no Action

A provision may be provided to create a pdf or excel file of EOD transactions with particulars for reconciliation and other purposes of accounting. Now the app requires to connect a printer which is not always possible for all merchants. A reply to this suggestion will be much appreciated 👍

very bad experience. settlement took long time, low quality sound box , and so many issues
