furad company from 4 months there are not releasing our payment when the machine we have took no explanation for them what gst when we have taken the machine now there are asking gst invoice it's our normal shop no gst resgtration now there ask gst invoice I'm fetup 4 months fraud company

The app login is not working after I received the POS device. Their customer support is extremely poor, and there has been no assistance from their side. I have emailed them more than 10 times and called them more than 20 times, yet they have not provided any resolution. It has been more than 3 months.
