Since the app was updated I've been having plenty of issues setting up my travel. 1. The option for riders to request a vehicle with a lift when booking travel used to be included, but is now not included in the app or website. 2. The All Access app does this weird thing where everytime you choose an option, the visible part of the screen gets smaller until there is a tiny window at the top of the screen. 3. The ability to locate the vehicle on the the map has been removed.

Easier to use old app. New app doesn't show cane/lift til u book the trip. Writing seems to get smaller, and smaller, with each option. Some trips not showing up, but are on the phone, when I call to ck. Case of new, and not improved. I'll just keep using old app

This app is like Unfinished Construction. You can see how nice its going to be when it's finished, but its still not there yet. So far only 1000 download and the app crashes frequently. On the plus side -the app is convenient, easy to use and very helpful for knowing when you transportation is close to you home. The app will be FANTASTIC -When it works!
