I love this app. The transaction system is very good but sometimes there is a minor issue regarding transactions but it is very rare...Sometimes payment fails but takes money from the account.

I can't access MTB Neo from China. I try with many network provider but same result. With vpn app load but have restrictions.

Transactions take too long on MTB Yaqeen. I lost more than 10000 BDT just because the transaction took too long and failed. Usually, I get the money back after 2-3 days. But sometimes I don't get any refunds.
