The situation has become exceedingly frustrating. I had already created an account on behalf of my parents, and it has undergone verification on multiple occasions—four times in total. Despite successfully completing the verification process three times, the final attempt required my parents to provide their email address. My concern is: how is an elderly individual reasonably expected to recall or manage such technical details? It has now been six months, and the account remains inactive.

App service is Okay. But have to improve Online Transaction Failure(Network issue). Sometimes, this App makes task much easier. Sometimes, it makes very annoying. In future the service will be tremendous that i hope so.

I love this app. The transaction system is very good but sometimes there is a minor issue regarding transactions but it is very rare...Sometimes payment fails but takes money from the account.
