Started as a 5 star experience. But sadly, the speed of del8very isn't "Snappy" at all after the first few orders. It is supposed to be delivered within the hour at most but keeps ending up with delivery being pushed back to 2 hours or even 3 hours. It's absolutely ridiculous. And if you dare to complain about anything to them, they have a real attitude issue. Definitely in it for the money and not the customer service.

Crashed the first time at the address section, so I went through the account piece again entered address then ordered. Keeps asking for postcode though it has my address, search is painful, slow and inaccurate (could not find sausages). Finally placed an order to be later told it was cancelled and I will get a refund in 3 to 6 days.
