I've not been able to successfully activate the plan because of an eSIM issue. The Chatbot help desk, keeps circular referencing so I can't actually follow up on the issue. I eventually got a support ticket logged with what I'm hoping was a human and was told the issue was resolved except it wasn't and I've responded to them butI'vee been ghosted. I canceled my contract in July we're in September and my issue is still not resolved. Online only is nice if you have a support model that works.

Not bad but, this deal something is wrong with you cant use 10 gig in less than an hour, without doing heavy stuff like streaming, just receiving whatsapp, and checking Facebook status 10 gig gone in less than an hour, so the 1rand deal comes with a catch, aowa come on

The staff are mostly useless. Untrained. When questions are tough, they exit the chat by pretending the app is faulty. Functionality on this app is highly limited, especially for a digital only network! Not impressed with the app. Not impressed with customer support on the app. And the service itself is, over all,highly restrictive. I had to bail it out because I couldn't find help with issues that kept coming up. There's a lot that's wrong with the service centre staff on the app.
