App and website broken, can't recharge My FUP limit ended and data is throttled to 2Mbps. Since yesterday, your app keeps showing a "technical glitch" error when I try to recharge. I've cleared cache, data, and even reinstalled, but nothing works. The website is useless too, meaning I'm forced to use this slow internet because your systems won't let me pay for a top-up. Absolutely ridiculous service. Fix this immediately!

This app for the most part seems to work ok, however there are certain tabs that never work. For example, if you go into the uncapped data section and tap on the "Top Usage" tab, it always shows that there is no usage during the selected period. I want to see where the data is being used in my very big household before the FUP is reached so that I can block any users on the wifi who are abusing it.

How am I supposed to buy data without data? I'm extremely disappointed with the MTN app. I tried to access it to purchase a data bundle, only to find that the app itself doesn't work without an active data connection. This defeats the purpose of having a self-service app! How am I expected to buy data when I can't even access the app because I've run out? MTN needs to make its app accessible without requiring mobile data, especially for essential services like purchasing data bundles.
