I am dumbfounded how this new app is seen as an upgrade. I use the old app as long as possible. The app gives you options to manage linked numbers, but you can in actual fact just view. The old app allowed me to sign into any number linked to my account, view mange and purchase airtime. Now I have to change the default number in my account just so I can see what airtime and data is left on my kids phones. Now I can't even purchase Data from airtime anymore in my Mega Flex deal. Disappointed ☹️

Cant upgrade with Retensions. OTP is sent to another number. Customer care can't help. It seems I have to go to a store. Upgrade options not given. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Finally solved the problem. I had two accounts. For some strange reason the new app sent OTPs to the secondary account. Fortunately contract of the second number came to an end. once ended the app reverted to normal.

app won't even open. Just shows the MTN logo and won't respond. apps are generally pretty bad. Have also been unable to get resolution as to why I can't access voice calls... can't make or receive. This has been going on for almost a year. Gets resolved then back to square one. At the price I'm paying monthly, that's not ok. Now this app doesn't even work. Seriously do better guys.
