It would be nice to add widgets for the balance, just like the previous app. The dark mode is awesome but the user interface is terrible, the previous app had a better user interface. You cannot buy "Your Town" data with the app. The app doesn't refresh the balance sometimes, even though you've refreshed it, and it even shows you blanks sometimes. You always get an error on the payment page if you're buying data with your card without data, but the app is data-free. This app is a mess!

App won't let me register. Not a single unique pin activates the continue button when registering, even when following the pin requirements. Did a junior dev push to production? Come on MTN, do better. Pathetic launch of a "new" app for one of the "top" providers in the country. The old app works, but let's be honest, it's low AF, horrible UI and UX, just a train wreck. This new app is somehow worse. Too funny.

App is cool, far better than some of the others out there, but still way too many features you're unable to make use of or bundles you cant buy via the app. Each time I recharge, it always shows double (incorrect) which is really quite misleading and very annoying! Each service provider in South Africa is getting worse and only more expensive!!! As many complaints as I have had quite recently struggling with Vodacom, in actual fact, it still remains the best Service Provider in South Africa!
