App and website broken, can't recharge My FUP limit ended and data is throttled to 2Mbps. Since yesterday, your app keeps showing a "technical glitch" error when I try to recharge. I've cleared cache, data, and even reinstalled, but nothing works. The website is useless too, meaning I'm forced to use this slow internet because your systems won't let me pay for a top-up. Absolutely ridiculous service. Fix this immediately!

MTN makes it so difficult for me to pay my account. When you go into the billing center they show that there's nothing due, but of course that's not true. You have to find the pdf invoice and work out whether you've paid it already by checking your credit card. You'd expect I could use my saved card and tap "Pay your account", but no. You have to open a statement, take a screenshot of the QR code, find the payment link, type in the amount to pay, and then complete the payment in that app.

the app is glitching, their customers service is not helpful, long calls without any tangible solutions. they can't even confirm my data package for my contract. you can't even cancel the contract because of the inconveniences they cause, especially if your field of work requires reliable data service provider. You lose customer because the service provider is unreliable and the only thing you get is an apology with an attitude from their workers
