App won't let me register. Not a single unique pin activates the continue button when registering, even when following the pin requirements. Did a junior dev push to production? Come on MTN, do better. Pathetic launch of a "new" app for one of the "top" providers in the country. The old app works, but let's be honest, it's low AF, horrible UI and UX, just a train wreck. This new app is somehow worse. Too funny.

Very disappointed with MTN. The old MTN app worked perfectly and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Now MTN is forcing users to move to this new app that doesn’t even work properly. The biggest problem is the OTP verification. When entering my phone number, the OTP SMS never arrives. Without the OTP, you cannot log in or do anything in the app. That means customers literally cannot manage their accounts or do basic tasks.

The app looks great. It's more responsive. But I can't ignore the inconveniences you've also introduced. On the old app, I log in and I can immediately see my balances, nicely grouped. New app, I log in and have to click "uncapped" just to view my data balance. I also have to swipe for more balances. In terms of offers (data, voice etc), It's a click fest nobody asked for. You took things out of the landing screen and hid them behind clicks. Why?
