Ratings and reviews

MTN has somehow made the new user experience WORSE than the previous one. I can't even get into the app. Yes I did find the camouflaged register text, but even after that poor experience and receiving a text saying that I am registered. They still don't know who I am. Some helpful info for registering: they don't have record of who you are based on your cell number (hey don't judge, they have to remember so many numbers already, ok), you'll need the email address they have on file. Good Luck!

The last app was really effective, not complicated and straight forward. you guys really didn't have to upgrade it especially to what it is now it's constantly glitching the interface is not user friendly everything is all over the place next time before updating your app at least conduct a user experience survey to find out what actually works for us.

Honestly the previous version is better IN EVERY WAY. You don't know where what is, you can't find what you're looking for, a lot is missing and ITS SO SLOW. It took me literally from 4pm to 7pm of constant pressing around to find the data bundle I needed to purchase. The old version even gave me the option of repurchasing a bundle I recently bought regardless of plan. On this app, I can't even FIND the bundles on the plan I'm currently on. I've never needed to use the USSD code like today. 0×⭐!
