MTN makes it so difficult for me to pay my account. When you go into the billing center they show that there's nothing due, but of course that's not true. You have to find the pdf invoice and work out whether you've paid it already by checking your credit card. You'd expect I could use my saved card and tap "Pay your account", but no. You have to open a statement, take a screenshot of the QR code, find the payment link, type in the amount to pay, and then complete the payment in that app.

Cant upgrade with Retensions. OTP is sent to another number. Customer care can't help. It seems I have to go to a store. Upgrade options not given. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Finally solved the problem. I had two accounts. For some strange reason the new app sent OTPs to the secondary account. Fortunately contract of the second number came to an end. once ended the app reverted to normal.

I wouldn't even rate this app. It doesn't work when opening the app. The app says " Please refresh the page and try again later " all the time. How can you make a app for customers and it doesn't even work. How is someone supposed to purchase data or airtime. Mtn, you are loosing customers due to your negligence for customer support and lack of maintenance on your app. Wake up Mtn.
