Even after so many tries, the app won't work on my phone. The Momo app works fine but this one refuses to work. I use MTN as my ISP but the app keeps saying "invalid mobile network" even if I am directly connected to the mtn network with mtn data. The error message in its fullness is: "Invalid mobile network yello, please turn off your WiFi connection and use mtn mobile internet to access your account" Could it be an issue with my device?

horrible doesn't connect and tells you to turn on your data and switch off WiFi when the WiFi is already off and the data is on. Its a very exhausting and difficult app to use and if am meant to use the app to buy data and need data to use the app what happens when I don't have data it's not a very well thought out app. As internet service providers you need to do better.I wonder why the mobile money app works but this one gives you a hard time

My sim card has been blocked since last week and I went to town at custom service center several times and they told me that the problem is about names ,.. I have 4 names in the system but on my form three names because they could write 4 names but if you try to scan you'll find four names,. And I think that is the problem I have and I don't know what I can do because I went to town at a customer service center 3 times and they submit but nothing has changed at all but because of my 4 names
