the app is okey, but kindly add a saving account so that we can be able to save our commissions and make it easy for everyone to use it even without location and about data issues ine where I am sometimes mtn network is a problem so I use wifi so kindly work on these have mentioned.

The app generally isn't bad, but it really needs enhancement 1. In case one wants to check their statement, there should be a 1 day option for them. I don't get why the first option is 7 days. It takes a very long time for that to load. Just make the first option 1 day and that would be okay 2. There should be a way to send money straight to your bank without having to use the shortcode. 3. There should be regular updates. The app is too slow sometimes. Thank you

I cannot do transfer on my momo app and I was told to upgrade the acct I wrote to customer service on Whatsapp, their response are very slow they respond when I am not online can u please close my momo acct for as I don't want to use it again my customer kept sending money to momo as if it's a good bank and yet I can't speak with the customer service that's so bad please close my account for me
