The app has a lot of bugs, sometimes it will tell you that logging in has failed, then it logs in, it doesn't show the actual balance consistently you can close and open it then suddenly the balance is off by some factor, sometimes it will just crash and you have to start the login process again, as if that's not enough, even with more than enough airtime, l have failed to buy bundles more times than l have actually gotten successful, 😫, very stressful app.

The MTN Zambia app is a great and useful application. It works well and makes transactions easy. However, I think the login process can be improved. It’s tiring to enter the PIN every time you open the app. Please consider adding a biometric login option, such as fingerprint or face ID, for faster and more secure access — just like the Airtel app. Overall, it’s a very good app, but this feature would make it even better!

this app has way too many bugs, cause why is that every time I open the darn thing I have to start logging in and that's just half of it, like what's the point of having all these data options if I can't even buy them, I have more than enough airtime but it still won't work and then it tells me to choose other payment options when there aren't any you guys should really check this out cause at this point this app is just a display on my phone 🙏🏼
