Screenshots disabled. Why? So I have to go to my email and do the same thing. Also unable to copy text from App so can't copy record locator into check-in. Also, I had two itineraries, but when I use the app, it only showed one. After several attempts to find both Itineraries I discovered that they were in the middle page vertically separated so deeply that a user would not know to scroll up. this is bad UI design. So yes, 1 star removed for each issue.

The BCD website and call in service work great. The app ensures that the login is as clunky as possible with an email syntax that differs from your company one, with password requirements that are not declared, with additional phone verification, and then secondary validation from another app. When you are in, many changes being requested require you to call in anyway. Any trip updates have to be delayed versus using a vendor's app. It generally doesn't ever help to have available. Uninstalled.

The company I work for forces me to use this app. now after my first use I see the reviews and realize they're all correct. they must have gotten their programmers from Temu. on my very first login after creating a new account, the landing page has a sad looking error message that says "I have no itineraries to display to you" -Duh
