BOOKING
Search and book your next trip easily with our renewed shopping experience. Once you complete your booking, your trip will be automatically added to the My Trips section.

MY TRIPS
Keep track of your upcoming trips, view all the details and updates of your flights, and access useful functionalities at the right time, such as:

• Seat selection and purchase
• Check-In
• Baggage Allowance
• Upgrade list
• Standby list

You can also complete your traveler information in advance to speed up your Check-In process, pay for the reservations previously booked with PriceLock, and request an upgrade to Business Class.

CHECK-IN
In a few simple steps, you can save time at the airport by doing check-in from the comfort of your home. You can access your boarding pass whenever you need it directly in the app.

CONNECTMILES
Log in to your ConnectMiles account to sync your associated trips to My Trips, review your award miles balance, status qualification for next year and latest activities. Also, get quick access to your ConnectMiles card. If you are not a member yet, you can join right from our mobile application.

This app is by far one of the worst airline apps I've used . Simple tasks as checking in, adding passport info, or a contact phone numbers is incredibly frustrating almost every flight I've taken I end up calling customer support which by the way is also rude and almost useless. The only way to solve all this issues has been to check in at the counter at the airport before the flight which defeats the purpose of a mobile app.

i seriously have too many issues with Copa Airlines, but the most is with their app and their system. I've gotten now 3-4 notifications via app and email, all saying my flight from 8 am has been delayed 1hr, then cancelled, then delayed 3 times. i called their customer service and in their backend everything is fine but the app now doesn't work. I'm always having issue with their app when I travel and it just gets worse. I'm close to suteing for the many issues

Barely better than Avianca, but Copa just does everything to make your life complicated. One reservation, Copa wouldn't let me check in, because the first ticket was on another airline (they couldn't give me boarding pass either), so I had to pass through immigration just to check-in and get the dang boarding pass. Basic economy won't issue you a boarding pass until 4 hours before unless you pay for seats... Airlines have gotten so stupidly greedy when technology should be SIMPLIFYING things.
