Download the MultiSport mobile app, which is like a card and your ID in one, and enjoy convenient access to sports facilities - no need to show your ID and the physical card. Enjoy many activities such as gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, tennis, badminton, dancing, martial arts, yoga, rope parks, and more. The MultiSport application supports an active lifestyle!

These and plenty of other benefits are waiting for you in the app:
• Mobile card - verify your identity in the application and quickly register entries with a QR code without showing the card or document.
• Object finder - conveniently search for sports facilities in your area.
• Additional cards - smoothly manage additional cards - MultiSport Kids and MultiSport Kids Aqua and share them with others to register group entries with children from one account.
• Favorite objects - create lists of your favorite places and have them always at hand. :)
• Online training - exercise any time and anywhere thanks to online workouts. There are also workouts for kids!
• Backup QR code - register entries to facilities even when you're offline – the app has QR codes that are available without access to the internet.

just registered and the app doesn't let me log in. I didn't even receive an email confirmation after registering the email. without the app I can't even use the card, so I'm paying for something I can't use. why don't you just stick to physical cards instead of complicating lives of people for nothing?

Keeps signing out in the worst possible moments, unable to log back in to generate a code. Turning off WiFi and data and restarting to get an offline code is the only way to get it working.

nothing seems working here, try login through Facebook and it won't ever bring you back to the app, takes you to the external browser and it's on loop, no possibility to use card and generate QR code on browser. cafeteria app is same useless, what is point if resetting password is not possible on company account, and similarly no way to use virtual card 😕
