My experience with this app was extremely disappointing. I placed an order and paid by credit card. Later, I found that the same product had to be ordered again with cash on delivery. When I went to collect my order, I discovered that the product I had already paid for by card was not the one I wanted, so I had to place another order and pay cash. To make matters worse, the product I received looked used and was in very poor condition. I returned it immediately, but they refused to refund my 💰

I ordered a Kärcher device, but it arrived with a manufacturing defect. To this day, they have neither refunded me, nor taken the device back for repair or replacement, and they have also refused to cover the customs charges resulting from this issue. Customer service has been extremely poor. I only receive a reply every 4–7 days, usually from a different person, and they keep repeating the same response without providing any

you guys really need better techs because this app crashes way too much for no reason.
