First, I ordered a pump from them but the item is having overheating issues. I sent a message to the customer service and they told me to wait for 2 days. After 2 days all i get is apologies from them. No refund or replacement for the item. dont buy from them because their customer service sucks!

Worst customer service EVER! THEY CHARGED FOR GIFT WRAPPING. THIS WASTEFUL COMPANY INSTEAD OF WRAPPING THE ACTUAL TOYS WRAPPED THE DELIVERY BOXES AND SENT SEPERATE SHIPMENTS. SHAME ON THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE GIFT WRAPPING.
