I was able to input everything for an account. But when it came time to verify account by either text message or email, neither option ever sent me a code. I tried through the app, through the text line (text whatver to whatever number, found on Google) and through the web site. Id love to sign up for the rewards program but can't, since they wont send me a code.

I've been sat here probably 15 minutes, maybe 20, just trying to verify my account. Won't send email OR text. So I can't even use the app. I've changed notifications, checked spam folder, and verified that I typed my info correctly. Hopefully this isn't a common issue because what is the point of an app if I can't use it. I will be deleting it now bc it's a waste of space.

Spent years slowly building up points. Lost over 800 because I didn't make a purchase within 90 days. No text, no email, no reminder to retain my loyalty. They ALL expire if you don't buy something every 90 days. Not just the old points, but ALL of them. That's not loyalty, that's extortion. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
