Ratings and reviews

quite choppy UX, and doesn't tell you that you can't ship to Europe until you're choosing shipping options in checkout. Pretty layout, but the sizing is sort of unhelpful, as some photo reviews include it, but the height and weight filters only filter the photo reviews, and don't tell you directly which size is right for *you* unless you coincidentally match one of the people who submitted a photo review.

I tried canceling my order within five hours, and Musinsa would not allow me to cancel it. Their customer service is horrible. I contacted them about my issue before they shipped it out and they still would not communicate with the manufacturer (Musinsa Standard) to cancel it; instead, they closed my ticket to prevent further communication on the issue. Musinsa didn't try to help me at all. They don't allow GLOBAL REVIEWS (in app). No refund, no return, & no exchange. Musinsa is a scam.

The app is acting crazy right now. I haven't used the app for awhile, when in today and the promo page kept reloading itself to the point that I can't even see any item.
