Ratings and reviews

Lately, the app crashes seconds after it opens. Also, the option to deposit a check is buried under drop down menus. It seems to me, that function should be prominently displayed so a banking customer can easily deposit a check without having to hunt for the option.

Unannounced "upgrade" has crippled this formerly smooth - running app. Old version worked fine on our ancient android phones (android 11) - now won't even open... Crashes/closes instantly when you try to open. Not going to upgrade my otherwise flawless phone just for one app.

I have been banking at Mutual One since I was 12. I am now in my 60's and would never bank anywhere else. They give fantastic customer service and support. LS
