About this app

mysafekey generates strong, random passwords and passphrases that never leave your device.

Two modes:
Characters: 8 to 64 random characters, with toggles for uppercase, numbers and symbols.

Phrase: 3 to 10 words from a 2,300-word list, with your choice of separator (hyphen, period, underscore, space) and an optional appended digit.

Built for security:
• Cryptographically secure randomness from the system random pool, with rejection sampling to eliminate modulo bias.
• Live entropy meter — see at a glance whether your password is Weak, Fair, Good or Strong.
• Fully offline. The app has no internet permission, no analytics, no trackers, no ads, no accounts.
• Clipboard auto-clears after 60 seconds.
• Recent generations live only in memory — closing the app wipes them.

Designed for clarity:
• Dark, distraction-free interface in JetBrains Mono.
• Works on phones and tablets in portrait or landscape.
• No sign-up, no setup. Open the app, tap Copy, done.
