App is not easy to operate. It must be made simple and easy. 1) Money paid online to book ticket but tickets not booked shows "Error". Towards Refund of money for Tickets not booked, no sms or email is sent to us. 2) Ticket booking online App should be easy & simple, it is tedious. 3) Position of Coach & Platform number must be indicated clearly. 4) On your App Passengers complaint coloumn must be there, which must be acknowledged. 5) Train Time Table for all Trains must reflect easily.

very bad. Unable to go forward after passenger review. Time waste app. The biggest railway network having more than 150 years history is failed to facilitate e-ticket booking via mobile app. This is introduced for name sake but practically, not permitting to book ticket. But when trying for tickets via private apps..., successfully redirecting to railway e-ticketing server, collecting extra charges from passengers. If u have much love on private agencies..., plz wind up this kind of apps.

Very bad experience, I booked train ticket yesterday morning with LTT GARIB RATH ( 12202) from Kottayam to Kasargodu with 3A, money deducted from my account but no ticket received yet. I checked my booking but nothing showing. I can provide my bank statement for the proof of transaction. Could you please organise return the money
