changing device is a big deal, it keeps saying, your account is registered to another device, even after logging out and uninstalling the app from old phone, so we don't allowed to change or to loose a phone, further more at the entrance of app could be another options not only sign in but also like create new account, ask help, transfer account from old device to a new one, ... always you need clients to go to branches for which purpose? even simple things like that.

This app is really good and enable to have instant information about the account. However the USSD option of registering app is not available, that hinder using the app. Before, when dialed *175# there were option of registering app through profile, but not this option is not available, may be you can work on this so that customers enjoy the convenience of the app.

I don't know what's wrong with this app, but my old phone got damaged and after I bought a new one and if I try to log in on my new phone they tell me that the app is installed on another device which I nothing to with. They have to work on issue otherwise. The app is unimportant.
