The app does not work reliably. And it's just clearly not something the company has put any effort in to. Notifications are sporadic or non existent. UI is not intuitive at all. Kind of wish I'd gotten one of the competitors smokers. Especially after seeing they have very similar ones for nearly the same cost. Already assembled. That being said. Thusfar the smoker works well enough. The tech that's supposed to help me not have to watch it manually. It's pretty bad.

App is broken again. I can connect Bluetooth but can't use it on WiFi when I'm out of Bluetooth distance. Please fix. Update: I kept checking and found an update for the app. I can open the app and all is working fine again. Please fix the app. It just crashes when I try to open it since the last update.

Love the smoker (5 stars). Hate the app. Doesn't save login info so you have to use and easy password or look it up every time you want to login. Half the time it doesn't give the actual temperature reading displayed temperature of the smoker. Really disappointing. I can't trust it so I ended up deleting it from my phone and I now just walk out to the smoker to manually check it. Which is annoying because that's the only reason you but the smoker with WiFi.
