Really disappointed with Airtel. The customer care doesn't even bother to help or act like they are listening, they just try to brush everything under the rug. Network didn't work for over 10 days. I called at customer support twice. Gave me a timeline of 15 days, said my bill for that will be compensated. Nor did they just gave me full bill, I kept ringing- support say they highlight it every single time & yet no call ever came to help me. It's not about money, but right service.

fix your app services, my wifi service on the app has an option to check who is connected to your wifi. That does not work at all instead displays zero devices connected whereas the IP address at the back of the router can be accessed and you can see which devices are connected but cant block them. Upon raising it via email, your staff can only respond with a common answer is that change "your password" instead of solving the actual issue. If a password is compromised again then?

Bloated and Excessive Promotions: The app is just too much cluttered with unnecessary stuff, and it's difficult to find what you're looking for. There is excessive promotion to buy some recharge pack every time you login. And if you browse recharge packs but don't do any recharge, it will show you a pop asking why, which you can't close until you answer or force close the app. Additionally, it will send you a WhatsApp message with link to recharge packs.
