About this app

RemoteCamera turns any spare phone into a live security camera you can watch from a web browser — anywhere, on any device, with no extra app needed to view it.

HOW IT WORKS
Install RemoteCamera on the phone you want to use as a camera, tap Start Streaming, and the app gives you a private viewing link. Open that link in any browser — on your laptop, tablet, or another phone — to watch a live video and audio feed in real time.

KEY FEATURES
• Live video and audio streaming, viewable from any standard web browser
• Remote zoom control — adjust the camera's zoom right from the viewer page
• PIN-protected access, so only people you share the code with can view your stream
• Adjustable video quality, frame rate, and resolution to match your network
• Works over the internet, not just your home Wi-Fi — check in from anywhere
• Switch between front and back camera, and mute the microphone anytime
• No account or sign-up required — the app sets itself up automatically on first launch

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your video and audio stream directly to your own private viewing link and are never recorded or stored — there's no cloud archive, no third-party analytics, and no ads. Each install gets its own private camera identity that only your viewer link can access.

WHO IT'S FOR
Keep an eye on a room, a pet, a package, a workspace, or anything else — using a phone you already have instead of buying dedicated camera hardware.
