Can not log into my account. App will not accept my password and fingerprints. 4 months later, It's still not working.

Quick transfer stopped working...and I can't get scheduled transfers to work half the time. I've had to resort to pulling cash from savings and manually transferring it myself at a physical ATM several times since March of 2020. Can't seem to get a response from the bank about this issue, either. 🤷🤷 I guess it's a good thing I'll be closing this account to move away soon!
