Please note: the myCTCA app is available only to CTCA Patients and Caregivers.

The myCTCA app provides easy access and support for patient care, from requesting appointments to using myCTCA to access your medical records.

The myCTCA app can now be used to review COVID Vaccination information and COVID test results when tests are performed at a CTCA facility.

Key features include:
- Review your lab result details on your mobile device and download lab results.
- View & request appointments with your Care Team.
- Communicate with your care team through secure mail.
- View your prescriptions and request renewals
- View your history of allergies
- View treatment summary
- Manage your health information using myCTCA to stay connected to your Care Team and obtain real-time updates.

Ratings and reviews

Very basic. The app doesn't allow you to use biometrics to log in anymore. You can't screenshot anything. You can't add appointments to your personal calendar. I don't get any type of notification when lab results or a new message is available. This app is pretty useless.

I can't say enough good about my experience at CTCA. The doctors and nurses as well as the rest of the staff are amazing! Everything is done quickly, and efficiently. They really do care about you. Only one small- issue that I had was with security checking in my items. They were not very well organized one small thing ended up missing. I think it was just an oversight and putting things in perspective it was a very small issue. Overall I'm extremely happy with how I was treated & the outcome.

This is an excellent app that allows great information and communications between patients and medical staff. It is also a great app for communications to all departments within each CTCA Facility as well as each facility in different locations. Remarkable planning here!
