issues with paying the bill, both homebox and phone, keep waiting for the OTP to come for confirmation, never does. can't pay via internet also. same problem. so I have to go to the store to pay and be charged for doing that

Used to be a decent app. Now it's just an eternal loader and nothing else. Clear cache, reboot, etc. - nothing changes.

Very bad. Cannot get even to start screens on 2 of my devices. On the 3rd device managed to enter but features, like "my numbers" for example, never load the info. Cleared cash, re-installed, nothing helps. Tried to login with the same credentials on the website, but website does not accept them. Reset the password, nothing helps. This is really a shame for the operator of such extent to neglect the App as the main source of contact of the subscribers. Even that crapy Pri...tel has the App fine.
