U.S. bank accounts only. Successfully completing an account verification process is required before transferring funds. Bank transfers are executed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and generally take between 2 to 4 days.

Enrollment requires valid U.S. mailing address and identity verification (read more below).

The Fancard Prepaid Mastercard® is accepted at any ATM that displays the Mastercard or ACCEL® Acceptance Mark.

The Fancards Prepaid Mastercard® is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., St. Paul, MN 55103, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. This card may be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement.

Important information for opening a card account: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires all financial institutions and their third parties to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a card account.

What this means for you: When you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

The card itself and the customer service are great, but I had to uninstall and reinstall four separate times now because it wouldn't let me log in. Now when I enter my email address it just says, "Error!" and kicks me out of the app. I can't get to my account at all, even in a browser. Incredibly frustrating.

Won't let you select anything. Attempted to sign up online, clicked finish & got a spinning circle & says processing for probably 15 minutes. So I gave up, closed everything out started over & got the same thing. Got a text message said finish sign up here as though I didn't want to finish in the first place. So I opened the app, tried opening the drop-down menu where it says "all" so I could pick the conference & it does not respond. It is not my phone. Big mistake on my part! What a waste!

I love the fan card service I love my Florida State Seminole fan logo. but I'm going to have to write this app a to store because it doesn't have very many options its format is simple but almost too simple and there's no way to take pictures of checks and deposit them I have to use an additional app to do so
