I availed their service to file my return and have been stuck for the past week. There are no progress updates, and the status is still showing as 'Under Review'. Unfortunately, they don't provide helpline numbers, and support tickets are automatically closed. Emails only receive automatic replies. Just a heads up, be aware before using their service.

After taking payment for the simplest of IT return (only tuition and interest income below 3 lacs..how much simpler can it get?), they could not file the return on some pretext or the other for almost a week! Worst, they have no customer care..their idea of customer care is redirecting you to FAQ page! No helpline number! After wasting 6 days with their app, I finally filed the return on IT Deptt site in 3 mins (not joking!). After wasting Rs 99, not worth wasting any more time with them.

I paid MyITReturn for filing my return, but after 10+ days the status is still “Under Review.” No call support, email is ineffective, and help requests are closed without solutions. FAQ is useless. When contacted, they asked for my DIT password, but it won’t save on the portal. They cite high workload, yet 10+ days is excessive. Refund request remains unanswered. Please be careful while opting their services.
