I love the camera setup, but the app is unusable. I have to delete my phone and re-add the camera every reboot of my phone or about every 3 trips. Even when connected, the app will not show all of the video clips. The app/camera will time out before you can find what you are looking for. During use, if the app isn't connected you lose voice commands. The auto-save protects the video every time you park.

A great device rendered utter garbage by an incompetent app. Why is there no "select all"? This is the most basic feature needed when managing files. You market the cabin view camera to professional drivers, yet didn't think for a second about how they might use that differently than a typical user. In our case, lack of evidence is just as critical as evidence in case of false reports. If I want to keep cabin view files, I have to select Every. Single. File. of a 12 hour shift x 3 min max clip.

Sadly the 622GW will no longer connect to the app without going thru a multitude of steps to try to make it re-connect the app to the dashcam. And after going thru the suggested instructions to reset, delete, re-install, find device, etc. it still will not accomplish its task. Now I only have a device that lacks those features touted by the app. and I have to either remove the micro sd card or plug the cam into my laptop to do the things it ought to accomplish
