I bought a commercial paper on Oct 15 (settled Oct 17), but it took nearly a week before it even appeared on my profile — and when it did, it was wrongly split between a commercial paper and a treasury bill I never bought. To make it worse, the rate shown was around 17% instead of the 19%+ advertised. I came back to this platform hoping things had improved, but the experience has been slow, inaccurate, and disappointing.

This app is awful. I barely can buy or sell any stock whenever I want especially during trading sessions. Limit periods doesn't load, available cash at 0 even when I have cash.. I have missed several buy and sell opportunities because the app wouldn't load and let me trade. Definitely looking for an alternative. It's a great interface in general but it is frustrating using the app and I will be moving on to alternatives.

I think this should improve their customer support team because they are almost doing nothing to solve problems rather than sending you email to go to their website. What is the essence of having a live chat in the app? I have registered and finished everything, but there is no CHN or the other number. I have put money to trade. It went instantly, but I want to withdraw now. I am facing a problem. I've been there, and the issue was resolved.
