The service in this application is not good. I changed it and made the payment. They say that your digital document will arrive on your WhatsApp within an hour, but nothing like that happens. And the number given for help is not even receiving calls.

This app is just a waste of time and handled by a very unprofessional team.The help line number is always out of service and they take money in advance then there is no catch to get your order,no time for providing the service, like I ordered EC now I have to wait till the end of this earth 🌍 .I am one of the victims of this My patta app.Don't wate your time and energy on this app.

Really amazing. just one minute after sending details and payment of requisite fee, they have sent the documents. a very good reliable app. the person whom to be contacted has also responded quickly giving the required guidance.
