Very good service. I used MyPatta to download a digitally signed RTC land record, and I received it almost instantly. The whole process was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Really impressed with how fast the service was. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get land records easily.

Nobody should download this app. They are fooling people by claiming it takes '2 working hours', but I have been waiting for 3 days with zero updates. This is a complete waste of time and money—worst app ever! Instead of using this, it is much better to directly recharge ₹500 in your Bhoomi app I-wallet and get your documents there."

Updating my review: The company's response is inaccurate. I repeatedly tried to contact support through calls and WhatsApp messages but received no timely response. The promised delivery timeline was not met, and I had to obtain the document from another platform. The team became responsive only after I posted this review and requested a refund. While the refund was eventually processed, the poor communication and delay made for a very disappointing customer experience.
