Can you show me the proof when did you communicate with me. I have all the screenshots as proof. don't lie to the customer & I have received the docs after 5hrs. which is useless. I paid for 2-hour express delivery, but the docs were delivered late. Customer support ignored my calls and messages. After my review, they promised a refund but they didn't and instead claimed the delayed documents were "delivered. misleading service and poor customer support. it's a fake app and fraudulent people.

Does not promise what they say. Waited the whole day n still no document from their end. And the person is not communicating properly,no customer support. My efforts and Time is totally wasted. Guess it a FAKE app. And I need my money back as u mentioned in your app

Updating my review: The company's response is inaccurate. I repeatedly tried to contact support through calls and WhatsApp messages but received no timely response. The promised delivery timeline was not met, and I had to obtain the document from another platform. The team became responsive only after I posted this review and requested a refund. While the refund was eventually processed, the poor communication and delay made for a very disappointing customer experience.
