It's completely unusable. Will your app ever be usable, or was it ever usable? Whenever I try to add meter numbers to your app, I get the same error. If the app is not made completely usable, then why waste public money and create an app?🤬🤬

It’s truly disappointing to see such POOR QUALITY in a government app. Millions are spent on development, yet users get a BUGGY, USELESS product. You can’t even add an account, it always says, “Due to technical error we cannot provide you the service.” Expecting something good here feels like a sin. Such apps should be REMOVED from the Play Store, they only WASTE PEOPLE’S TIMES and patience.
