It seems as if this app hasn't been working for at least two weeks now. Twice has there been a problem with this app where it doesn't load any information. That's saying something since I only use this app for one day of the week. Whether it is morning or early afternoon, I have came across this issue, which is bad since I can only use this app for one thing. EDIT: I downloaded another transit tracking app that ACTUALLY WORKS. The buses are still being tracked. App is called Transit Tracker.

it's not real time, contrary to how it's promoted. more often than not, buses don't show up, are late, or early, but never on time, and yet these changes are not reflected on the app. the app will still show that it is running as normal. I've contacted BCT regarding this issue many times, but they flat out deny it and do not want to admit that their app needs an update. most of the time, the trackers on the buses aren't even on so what's the point?

This app is decent at best. They really need to have the arrival times update better. I've been waiting on a bus it says 17 minutes and a bus pulls up in 2 minutes.I've been running to the bus stop it says 4 minutes until arriving. Then it arrives 35 minutes later. The app is decent but need updates on the arrival time. Also getting a better GPS location for locating bus stops near your location.
