Ratings and reviews

The app is just ok because you can set up appts, get reminders, see test results, etc. However, it is not nearly as user-friendly as my other medical apps! What I detest most about this app is that there is absolutely no share hub. On other apps, I can link my accounts with other providers so that ALL of my medical records/information past and present are up-to-date and available for each one to see if needed & that's important when you have a big surgery, things go wrong, 5 day stay & half info

Awful. Clunky. Takes forever to load. Never get my notifications so I'm constantly having Log in when I'm expecting a message. Can't see my infant daughter's appointments in my app.

App crashes everything I open it have to Uninstall and reinstall each time I want to open it

What's new

We care deeply about your experience as a user. This version includes the following important bug fixes:
- Previously, when trying to log in with a saved password, users would face an error. This is now fixed!
- In some slower networks, appointments would fail to save, causing issues for both patients and providers. We've done some work on our end to prevent this issue in the future.
