Horrible slow and broken app. Horrible customer service. I wish I had an option to use someone else. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in my area. Navigating in this app is very unintuitive. Accomplishing what you want with your account is difficult. It is better than the website, which is not saying much. Every customer service issue I've had has been handled extremely poorly.

When I can even get the app to work and I can get through the payment process, an incredible feat in and of itself, the app takes days to register a payment. And thats if it even registers it! I made a payment a week ago. The app still says I owe for my last bill. Every month this happens. In the last two years I've only received two receipts of payment because the text and email notifications are completely unreliable. If I only did my job right twice in 24 months I'd be fired

App constantly crashes when I attempt to make a payment. Multiple time over the past 4 months, the app or their entire website has been down when I try to pay my bill. The Google Pay option shows up, but any time you try to use it, the app crashes and you can't submit a payment. If there were any other option for an electric company, I'd choose them just based on the inability for me to pay my bill through this app. But Xcel has a monopoly on Electricity here so I'm stuck with this garbage app.
