Horrible App! For the past few days, I haven't been able to sign in to pay or view my most recent statement numerous times. The screen just turns completely white after selecting sign on. Nothing I've tried works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the phone, cleared the cache, and checked to make sure it was up to date. It's very frustrating, and now this app is completely worthless!! The app developers need to address this issue and fix this issue asap!! No wonder rating is so low.

It's difficult to sign in. Crashes all the time. God forbid you try to use it for more than one account. If I finally get signed into my business account and get anything done, there's no chance of signing out and successfully switching to my personal account. Even if you try to sign into the web browser, it navigates you back to the frozen app. I'm uninstalling and going back to using just the website.

Doesn't work. Don't waste your time. I've been stuck in an endless loop of 'new customer' for a year now just trying to get 'set up'. Why would I go through customer support again when it was fixed the first time and then just reset to 'new customer' setup' next time I open it. Thankfully my autopay is set up. This app is useless.
