Plan Tracker is available in three different versions to help NDIS participants, service providers and support coordinators have a simpler, easier NDIS experience.

App has a history of being amazing, but glitches are making it extremely frustrating! All the functions in this app are wonderful and exceptionally easy to use..... The app won't let me log in, though. Constantly says my password is wrong, then set in a cycle of having to have account locked, then reset password. Every time I need to use the app, it's becoming increasingly annoying.

**Edit: spoke to plan tracker. App confirmed defunct.** I always get "hmm we're having some trouble, please try again later". Doesn't matter what network I'm connected to, if I restart my phone, or reinstall the app, empty cache etc. Is this app defunct?

Terrible communication, didn't tell me about the new app, didn't tell me when my funding was low. My child therapist sent them an invoice on the 16/6 still waiting for that to be paid and another one on the 23/6. They didn't tell us our funding was low so we kept therapy going as normal then get an email last night saying we have no funding left except for his consumables both of these bills will be paid from his consumables funding and he gets no help for over a month.
