Headset is very nice on your head, the sound not to good sometimes since brand new. After some use, nothing can be hear or volume is very low. I use it for few phone calls from home through the week, nothing special or crazy, and day by day, the headset goes worst and worst!!! so sad!! I never could fix it or send it back, as my husband bought it for me in a different state and we misplaced the receipt, even thought we have still the box and all the parts and serial numbers.

constant disconnect issues. it will disconnect for no reason. Will have to plug it in to charge for 10 sec and then it will power on and connect. when going into the app it still shows charge at 100%. I have had many blue parrot devices and found they are only getting worse as far as reliability when connecting to devices. noise canceling is great. trying to find a different brand for the next time.

I bought a headset got it defective, when I called they treated me like I was at wrong and made it rough for me to a point I gave up and bought another headset. Upgraded one to top it off. I didn't learn. These one was just bad. Audio was awful, breaking up voice. I just wrapped it up and gave it away for free. Never again will I buy it again. They are not cheap either..
