Proficient Connect is developed by Proficient Benefit Solutions. The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts.

Proficient Connect provides the following functionality:

• Benefit Health Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as the online portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Fund HSA account from registered external bank accounts
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Ratings and reviews

This app sucks. It doesn't offer a means to e-mail when the office is closed (which is always the case when they are needed most). It offers no explanations in connection with why cards are deactivated when there are no outstanding expenses and no shortage of funds. If I have no access to answers without picking up the phone M-F, then what's the point in having an app in the first place?

not very easy to use, compared to wex. saving receipt images, I have to go online. supplements are declined even with doctor note.

This app can be useful. However, it constantly crashes when submitting forms or trying to view them. Also, you can not send a pdf file as it will not be viewable.
