Very easy to use and navigate. Fonts are big enough; pages are not crowded. One of the best apps I've used.

the app never updates with correct available amount. it gives an error message more often than not. I am seriously considering changing banks.

I receive an "institution" message from an unidentified suspicious entity. I click on the message in order to identify the sender. Instead of receiving a disclosure of what email account or phone number the message originated from so that I might be able to verify it's legitimacy, I am taken directly to a page that requires me to input my password, BEFORE I'm allowed to know who originated the urgent message, the nature of the message, and how I might verify it's authenticity.
