Really confused. I bought a verification number from the Netherlands. It doesn't show up on my app anywhere, the verification number it shows is located in the USA from my last purchase, which is no longer activated. Never got a confirmation of the verification number I purchased except the receipt. It's very difficult to navigate the app because I get bombarded with aggressive ads that force me to quit the whole app to stop. I used this app before and it was great, so extremely

At first I loved My 2nd Line app downloaded/ installed quick, setup super easy! I could chose my phone number with area code/prefix not far from home! Some features are available without upgrade (voicemail & auto reply, a few special ring tones). Cheaper than other apps with only annual payment! No monthly bill! My first call to a ground line worked well. BUT it uses phone system rates, not wifi & second month gave less than $6 USD credit free & cheapest to buy is $50 USD! Extremely disappointed

Initially, the service appears to be cost-effective; however, upon subscription, additional charges are incurred for messaging, image access, and verification codes. Despite my efforts to remain patient, this process has become quite frustrating. Furthermore, the provided number is incompatible with WhatsApp. I was issued an international number for WhatsApp usage, but a fee is required for the verification code, which is an unreasonable demand.
