Every time I use the app I have to uninstall and reinstall it because it will not go past the loading preferences screen. Every single time. It's super frustrating when your doctor is telling you that it's going to help with your insomnia and you're trying to put your sleep journal in at 5:00 in the morning before work you have to uninstall the whole thing for it to even open

Apparently I had same problem alot of other people had. Soon as I put verification number in, it just says loading but never loads. My insurance sent me a link to this app, sounded interesting. Tried a few different times to get into app. Never actually got onto the app. Very annoying!! Going to Uninstall. If you have to pay out of your pocket for this. Please don't bother!!!

Pretty good. Been using it for 3-4 months now and I do believe it makes a positive difference. However, the material can be hit and miss. Sometimes you have to really hunt for the advice/cbt technique that you need. Understandable; the app doesn't really know you. After you pick what mental health journey you'd like to tackle today, you're given some information on a potential way to manage that issue, and then complete an activity that may or may not help you. Still a good resource in general.
