Ever since they rolled out this new application to replace the old one it has been a disaster. It has been buggy from the get-go, it would sporadically omit some of the data randomly, but at least you could see if your system was working. But for the last week and a half it has been total garbage. It won't show anything at all or sporadically show garbled numbers. I called tech support and was told that they had no clue about what was happening and couldn't tell me when it would be corrected.

The app was always working pretty well. The sunpower team via phone was able to change the settings and now it reports import/exports correctly. The usage seems a bit off but I'm just glad I got the correct information on flow of energy to my energy provider. UPDATE: Individual panel monitoring has been added and I love being able to see the data. Fantastic addition!

We've been trying to get the app to display the correct size of our system in our profile for FIVE MONTHS. Every interaction with support takes a minimum of one month to complete. They've even sent someone out to our house to check our system, which got the right data to show up for a total of one day, then it reverted back to the wrong data again. They keep saying it's fixed without fixing anything. Fixing one config issue should never take this long. Very disappointed. Service used to be great
