As other stated, why pay for something that was free? I get the costs for maintaining servers to store data, but $100/yr? That's robbery. Also, one of the features for the stupid fee states I can see individual panel production, but that's nowhere to be found in the app. And of course, they give you no way to contact them. WTH!? As for the app itself, when Sunstrong first took over, it was glitchy as hell. They fixed whatever issues they had and it works as it did before they took over.

After Sunpower folded we were left with a choice, take the free Sunstrong app and get instantaneous data only or pay $99.99 per year to get full data. I not the bullet and paid the $99.99 in early July when the old so you working. To date, I am still not getting anything but the instantaneous data, even though I've opened a ticket with Sunstrong. I gave them all the information they asked for, but still nothing has changed. I've requested updates on the status and all I get is "working on it".

Lost the ability to see my data except for instaneously. Not even over a single day (Just that alone is absolutely ridiculous!) Though we had been warned about this coming - I'm most frustrated that we were not given a way to export usage data that had been generated over the years. Will end up purchasing a secondary device to measure and track my usage - I will not pay a subscription fee for a "feature"- let alone for one that previously existed at no cost.
