As other stated, why pay for something that was free? I get the costs for maintaining servers to store data, but $100/yr? That's robbery. Also, one of the features for the stupid fee states I can see individual panel production, but that's nowhere to be found in the app. And of course, they give you no way to contact them. WTH!? As for the app itself, when Sunstrong first took over, it was glitchy as hell. They fixed whatever issues they had and it works as it did before they took over.

Not happy now that I have to pay for a overpriced subscription!! to monitor my Solar Panels something that was paid for when I bought the system because nothing in this world is free but when you paid for it and have to pay because someone one took over the product its just not fair we should had been grandfather in. Its just so basic should come up with better interface make the money worthwhile. Ill never refer anyone to this product I did before no more.

I downloaded the application and initiated the connection process on my mobile phone. However, I am encountering difficulties establishing a connection to my Wi-Fi network. The app consistently displays an error message prompting me to verify the accuracy of my Wi-Fi network and password. I have dedicated a significant portion of the day to resolving this connectivity issue as if my time were not valuable. This is an issue with their app not my Wi-Fi. Terrible app.
