predatory business practices. I was scammed into a "cancel anytime!" membership for a wedding. The app refuses to let me cancel even though there are no documents ANYWHERE, that state a minimum amount before canceling. I paid the initial $21 (July) after the $2 (June) sign up fee was "waved" and then was charged $43 for 1 month (August)! I only went twice in June. Highly suggest you find a different salon.

I have to choose a favorite salon in order to make reservations. it seemed like it one time the app had an option of allowing user to save a couple of favorite salons. clicking on a device to read about it isn't working on my app instead it wants me to select it to reserve it and won't provide information about the device. previously I could do so. I don't know if it's a glitch today or what. finally, when a salon is closed my app doesn't let me look at any of the equipment online to read about

terrible app! I have Uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least a dozen times and tried 7 different credit/ debit cards and when I click on add card, it does absolutely nothing. Since your terrible business practice only allows you buy certain things in the app and not in the store I can't purchase the things I need to be a customer. forget asking for help in store as well cuz the people there are just as useless as the dang app. never have I seen a company this incompetent
