This is the day that I'm canceling until next spring, I could never properly login to the app. However It's so ironic that when wanting to get reimbursement on the last two of the monthly payments (That I never used any services) October I was aware I would be automatically taking out of my checking account balance, Although unfortunately no time to get to the location in person, I couldn't login because I couldn't Prepare the app.! Always something needs correction..

I have liked this app and how I could buy tanning sessions, etc. online, but now for several months, it says the current Suntan City location that I visit is currently closed, when it isn't. I was hoping this issue would be fixed, and I've told the employees there twice that the app isn't allowing check-in or payment now at its location. Even the customer service section on the app isn't working. It says, Internal error.

For such a prominent tanning business this is probably the worst app I've ever used, plain and simple. Favorite Tan Location only shows random locations 100+ miles away when I have 3 in my town. If it even drops on my location because 1/2 the time it just shows a world map. Should consider creating a search function there. Freezes often/restarts. No clear back button to main menu. How has nothing been fixed in the YEARS I have had a membership???
