Ratings and reviews

This is the day that I'm canceling until next spring, I could never properly login to the app. However It's so ironic that when wanting to get reimbursement on the last two of the monthly payments (That I never used any services) October I was aware I would be automatically taking out of my checking account balance, Although unfortunately no time to get to the location in person, I couldn't login because I couldn't Prepare the app.! Always something needs correction..

it's an okay app. would love to see the option to view stores in areas and their operating times. i think this can only be done if you're trying to check-in which isn't convenient when your "favorite" is closed. maybe also have a "save location" feature so you can have more than one favorite? just some ideas.

I originally left a one-star review based on the fact that the app has never worked correctly (can't check in, can't make purchases of in-app specials). However, I have updated it to 4 stars based on the customer service I received when a Sun Tan City representative reached out. The app still doesn't work well, but I place a lot of value on an actual person reaching out from a company with a solution and good customer service. Good customer service is rare these days.
