Ratings and reviews

When I try to access my epigenetic data it says "HTTP 400 Bad Request". My DNA data says "DNA data does not exist for user" even though I bought the full kit with DNA and Epigenetics. Some parts of the app, like options in the questionnaires flow off screen and you can't read them. I paid a lot for this data and I can't even access it. It's really disappointing when you have to wait a long time for it to be processed too.

Clunky app with poor navigation. Everytime i open it it takes about 5 minutes to relearn, and my DNA results say I have good memory! Takes a long time to load each section. All in all, not unusuable, just uninviting.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! This kit is USELESS!! You get more information for a third of the price with 23 and me but if you really want helpful health information try Sequencing since they give actual results for variants. Mytoolbox doesn't give any valuable information they just take your money and give an app with USELESS information.. The overcharge for minimal information that a doctor could tell you for free!!! None of the information will help you find health concerns.
