Ratings and reviews

keeps losing the login details resulting in multiple login and reset password attempts many of which cannot be executed seamlessly this recurring multiple retries.... customer support is lacking .. currently promoting a new priority line with 2€ cost just to get support (which still has IVR) or you may struggle with Ai Chatbot and wait forever for human interaction via chat effectively making it unusable for older people. So it is either pay to get support or be extremely patient.

how to stop the application spending my credit on top ups, without asking which service I would like to use? .... after my call to teach you have improved settings - so, I will improve my feedback to the application... from * to ***** experience.
