Ratings and reviews

Forced to buy more credit due to "insufficient funds" when there's more than enough to buy package. Lowest price to topup is 13,6 € (incl tax). This should be enough to buy two packages x 5,30 €. But it has to be more than 6€ on account to buy the package, so if the balance is 5,80€ you will still be forced to top up another 13,6 €. Also : what's up with all the "unlimited" internet with "fair use policy" of 1kb per day? Sorry but this is just frustrating.

Absolute garbage, this app alone is a pretty good reason to change carrier in my opinion. It pretty much never keeps you logged in. It forces you to make a quick pin and enable fingerprint to log in, except it never promted me to log in with either of those. Tons of completely unnecessary security that nobody asked for, and no convenience whatsoever.

There is a constant pop up about a contest, that even if I manage to close, it pops again immediately, making the app useless!
