It is unbelievable that you have to pay every three months in Greece just to have a sim card, even if you never use it. This is pure extortion and I honestly wish the worst to Vodafone and every other telephone company that does the same.

My previous review got deleted. The app frequently logs me out on its own. I didn't remember my credentials so I clicked "forgot my username".Even though I enter all the information correctly the app says the procedure can't be completed, call 13830. So they are forcing you to get charged by calling their 5-digit customer support number, because of their own fault. Their app is buggy, doesn't work right and on top of that they force you to get charged unnecessarily - even though it's their fault

The App is very bad, it takes money and activates bundles without asking you. I'm sick of it happening! + In response to your response: Then put an opt out just before activation it is simple. Your app also auto charges 2 euro if an internet package isn't selected without informing the customer. My friends and colleagues have reported the same issue.

Good evening! The automatic activation is for better protection against per-minute or per-MB charges.
After the top-up, the corresponding bundle is automatically activated, so you can immediately use its benefits without worrying about your balance.
You can still top up your card online or at a Vodafone store.
