Pain to log in. Why do I have to receive an OTP on both my phone and my email? Why just one option isn't enough? I can't log in to the app. Now it requires a pin but in the validation process it doesn't accept the pin. I go back to change the pin but still doesn't accept it. And there is no way I can see what I am typing. Dear Vodafone, I just want to top up, you don't store any life threatening data there. Please chill with so many mandatory locks. This app is unusable.

9 out of 10 times that app does not work and the 1 time it does , you might end up with over charging because it will malfunction mid way of doing something..... Bad design with tons of bugs ....

I can't even login anymore. Just keep getting "Something went wrong, try again" for yhe last couple of days. I could be understanding if an issue lasted for some hours to be fixed, but not being able to login to your account for so many days is unacceptable.
