Very disappointed with Zamtel. I paid K45 for a bundle, but the bundle simply doesn’t work. The money has been deducted, yet I’m unable to use the data I paid for. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of money. Zamtel needs to resolve issues like this quickly and provide better customer service. I would not recommend purchasing bundles until this problem is addressed.

The application is slow and contains many transaction errors. When you purchase Unlimited Internet or other internet bundles, the app does not display your remaining balance or the expiry date. In addition, Zamtel Money takes a long time to open, and purchasing products directly through the app is often slow and unreliable.

This App is a total waste of time. When you have not used the App for a day or two days, once you open it, you always have to do a login, entering a new OTP everytime you open to use it which is so stressful, God knows how many OTPs i have entered in order for me to login on this app😡 Just wasting my data. And now it is saying to update the App, i mean what's there to update when I've never used this App to my expectation. No way in the world I'm gonna update this, it has to get the hell out😤
