Almost 24 hrs, transaction still in pending. The verification process is a mess. The app kept taking blurry pictures, and later, I had to send the docs via email. Even after the verification, the transaction remained pending even after they had played a hold on my debit card.

I have sent money since.... And it has been on pending since yesterday. This is so bad, and I don't expect this from you!!! Please refund my money or let it go through. This is just so bad.... More of a scam. If I am not able to get my transaction successful or a refund, I will post it online, and when everyone puts negative things about you, as well as blogs post these shady deals, it will be the end of the application.

Excel service and good delivery. Makes sending money home easy and convenient from anywhere. When using the service just make sure you have no reason to call customer service because it is a total frustrating effort, Nigeria factor is brought to bear here, she (Lilian) has to consult with an invisible boss that is never available. Email are not responded to neither is calling customers service make any difference. Regret my referral to my friend. This is international for God sake not Nigeria.
