I enjoy purchasing from your app, but I recently faced an issue that has yet to be resolved. On 24th of February 2025, your driver did not update the system to reflect the item collection. I immediately raised a complaint, but to this day, I have not received a resolution or even a response. This lack of follow-up is quite disappointing.

Absolutely horrendous service! Countless time late return pickup arranged, with no contact to the shipping agency, rude uneducated drivers who can't even read their own language, and on top of that, zero help from the customer services who take ages to reply to emails, never follow up on the case. The amount of money I have lost on lost orders - that drivers left on the street instead home, or the return items that were never picked up - you should be ashamed and close the business!boycot them!

This is the worst app I have ever used. I recommend everyone not to use this app for any purchases. I made a order and never received my order after calling them and chasing them for several days. There are more better apps then this. So please save your time and money from this app.
