Very disappointing experience. The app kept reloading while browsing, wasting a lot of time. After placing my order, Styli delivered used and damaged items. Although they processed a return and refund quickly, they refused to send a replacement, which I requested, forcing me to reorder and pay another delivery fee. The “compensation” offered was just a discount code already available online. No empathy and no real effort to resolve the inconvenience.

Worst customer service ever. Styli’s team is completely useless no courtesy, no accountability. I submitted a return that was supposed to be collected on 25 Nov, and till today NOTHING. All they send is the same copy-paste email from Aramex, the most pathetic service provider ever. No action, no follow-up, no solution. Truly the most frustrating experience. Avoid Styli if you value your time and sanity - SAVE YOURSELF

extremely unprofessional no option to track order or return only robotic whts app reverts .no follow ups on complaints raised .Part:2 after 2 months of follow up pathetic clothing material and when raised complaint no one turned up to pick up parcel no refund no one contacted . this whts app number agn same AI reverts . this complete fraud company.
