Very disappointing experience. The app kept reloading while browsing, wasting a lot of time. After placing my order, Styli delivered used and damaged items. Although they processed a return and refund quickly, they refused to send a replacement, which I requested, forcing me to reorder and pay another delivery fee. The “compensation” offered was just a discount code already available online. No empathy and no real effort to resolve the inconvenience.

They should find another reliable and trustworthy Courier, Aramex hasn't delivered my order that was placed on 8th feb and today is 17th Feb . They keep cancelling delivery in the name of "Couldn't reach customer " yet they don't even call or text . Find ways to solve this issue amicably or I stick with Namshi who have proven to be reliable. Courier is my main problem..as we speak my order is on hold ,I don't know why but hey goods are yours Money is mine.

very bad experience. in the order purchased many item missing. shipped wrong dress. the dress fitting not good. delivery service very bad. they have my wrong address. he dont want to come to my address. what kind of service is this. first time purchased and highly unsatisfied
